Producing conceptual illustrations for a wide range of clients; from weekly editorials, to large and prestigious ad campaigns.
Screen prints focusing on conceptual ideas, symbolism and metaphors. The innovative juxtaposition of elements often result in a surreal, humorous or thought-provoking image.
Art has been a big part of my life and education, right through to graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University, in Graphic Arts and Design with a First Class Honours. Now located in the Lake District, UK. In addition to commissions, original screen prints are exhibited in Galleries and Art Shows across the UK.

Nikki Lewis, Director and Strategist at Columns
‘We commissioned Katie to do the illustrations for a Penguin-style book, ‘The Collected Works of Land Management’, that demonstrated the very personalised solutions and service our client, Strutt & Parker, provides. She was an ideal collaborator for this project, working with us to create striking and characterful silk-screen illustrations that brought to life individual client stories. We and our client were delighted with the results (in my case, so much so, I purchased one of the illustrations and have it framed at home).’
Kerri Abrams, Group Art Director at Modern Luxury
‘I hired Katie for several projects while I was at The National (Abu Dhabi). She was always brilliant to work with, and her final pieces always far exceeded anything that I could hope for. She always has a clever solution to even the most mundane subject matter that you could give her. If I recall correctly, the first assignment that I gave to her was on cockroaches, yet it came back stunning. Not many people could do that. I have nothing but praise for not only her skills as an artist, but in her communication skills and punctuality as well.’
Joe Wilkes, Art Direction Print / Film Editing & Production
‘I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Katie. The illustration she did for the Telegraph really livened up what would have been quite a dry subject. Katie was easy to work with, contributing to the whole process and delivering on time. Looking forward to the next illustration!’
Vanessa Grzywacz, Art Director Psychologies Magazine
‘Katie produced four illustrations for my magazine. I found her a pleasure to work with and she interpreted the brief well for the magazine to create a distinctive illustration within the deadline. She took on feedback and adapted to changes at rough artwork stage. I would recommend her for any illustration commissions and hope to use her again.’
Clive Johnston, Design & Illustration at Create/Telegraph Media Group
‘Katie produced a series of illustrations for us for a financial project sponsored by NatWest. I thought her approach was witty, creative and vibrant, and made what otherwise could have been a rather dry series of advertorial features seem dynamic and fun to engage with. Katie produced both roughs and final artwork on time and within budget, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her graphic conceptual approach to illustration and look forward to working with her in the future.’
Sharon Burns, General Manager, Arteria with Gallery 23
‘Katie has been distinctive presence within our Gallery since contributing
to our last 3 exhibitions. Her pieces evoke thoughtfulness and humour and showcase an exceptional level of skill. The popularity of her work is indicated through her strong sales and indeed repeat sales from customers returning to buy more. The level of efficiency, reliability and professionalism that she practices makes for a very positive working relationship. We are delighted to have Katie’s work within our Gallery folio.’
Pam Houghton, Gallery Owner, Gallery H
‘We are always delighted to accept Katie’s work, it is exciting to see with each delivery the latest designs and ideas and care she has put into her works of art. We have clients repeatedly returning to purchase additional pieces of Katie’s works and commissioning new art work from her. Katie is an international artist and our clients’ are delighted with the service – when Katie gives us a date for delivery you know you can rely on her word and her work.’
Deborah Allan, Director, Wychwood Art
‘Katie Edwards is professional and a dream to work with. From when we first met at an art fair to currently selling her art at Wychwood Art gallery in Gloucestershire Katie has always been incredibly reliable and professional.’
