Does Everyone Have a Right to Health Care?

Recent cases in international law suggest the idea is gaining traction. Among the 94 recommendations made by Canada’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission in June, one urged governments to “recognize and implement the health-care rights of Aboriginal people, as identified in international law.”
